Archive consultant
Archive consultant is a flexible, on-site archive management service. Screening the archive and finding important information is more efficient once the archive is organized.
Our staff manages our client’s archives on the client’s own premises part-time, full-time or project-based as required.
Together with the customer, the need for the work to be done in the archive and the time spent on the work are mapped.
The client may have a job description ready that includes the required and to be performed work, or alternatively our company will provide suggestions and guidance on the necessary measures to bring the archive to a level where order, documentation and discoverability work.
Our archivists handle the work in such a way that our client’s staff does not necessarily have to participate in any archive-related tasks at all.
We also serve, if necessary, in other projects that temporarily employ staff (eg scanning).
